For the past year and a half at least I have been subjected to a campaign of harassment via phone calls and sms’s via you and/or your sister company Creditworx. This is supposedly for money that I owe ADT. I have repeatedly(ad nauseam) explained that I do not owe money and why this so. My explanations and requests for documentation are ignored and the harassment process starts anew even going as far as contacting family members. Your consultants meanwhile fail to even provide the most basic rudimentary information on the account. Yet, you choose to ignore my explanations and insist that I owe money. Your latest demand for money via sms refers. On my phone call the consultant stated that you don’t keep any documentation. It would thus appear that this whole ******* campaign of harassment and ************ is based upon hearsay from your client and also explains why you always fail to provide any documentation. Are you working from a spreadsheet and some contact numbers? I request full documentation from you. PLEASE INSURE THAT YOU PROVIDE FULL DOCUMENTATION INCLUDING ANY CONTRACT FOR YOUR CLAIM.
