I have in the past 24hrs had 3 calls from your 060 numbers, and the past month maybe 6 calls! I have been polite and listened and informed that I do not have a standard bank account, never had an overdraft or loan facility with them but Im still being harassed. When I asked information about this account they indicated that it was opened in 2014/2015 and last active. If there was indeed any bank charges or account fees on this so called account it should have been communicated when it was closed! Your constant calling is harassment and your consultants should please learn how to make notes. And again if there was any outstanding fees on this account it has already prescribed and its ******* to contact and harrass consumers!
