This is unacceptable customer care service. Not even a rating of a 1 can describe the level of service that you offer. 1. None of your registered customer care lines are answered. "The operator is not available" *** and ***. Both numbers given by Edcon. I wonder if your customer care service isnt one of the reason the business' accounts are not looking good. There is no way you can retain customers with such bad service. 2. I have called in a year ago for a paid up letter and was informed that the account would be removed from credit bureau and a letter would be sent in 48 hours. I am still waiting for both 1yr 3 months later.

Please make sure that you dont send Ghaironessa Mosaval to respond to my request as all responses tracked by this individual have been useless, look for another social media consultant as this one is not doing any justice to customers complaints.
