I want my name Cleared

I took out a contract with Zone Fitness Willowbridge, I relocated but before this ,I personally went to them to cancel my contract and was told I could not. I was told I had to pay the whole amount and my account with then was still new. This is not what the contract stated. After years of fighting with them, I even started paying R200 a month as the calls was interfering with my work and health. When I made complaints here I was told by their people that my account was in a rears that is why I could not cancel, which is bull as I have bank statements to show my account was up to date when I requested cancellation. I'm unable to get employment because of my bad credit record,my health is going down the drain because of financial stress and soon I will be on the streets. I am going to get some kind of legal assistance to take this further, someone must be able to help me with this matter. They're new accuse is that my account was not up to date and I must sort it out with the debt collectorsbut a legal consultant told me if I have the mail where they state this and I have proof that my account was up to date in July 2013 when I moved and requested cancellation, I have a case.
