Horrible service

<p>I was promised a paid up letter would be sent to me once account is settled that was in May already. I have than called 6 times asking for the letter. The agent who assisted me the first one took down my email address incorrectly which I don’t understand how that would be possible as agent have to make sure all information taken down is correct or are they not trained to do so ? I have than called 3 more times and still I’m being told the same story. The agent I spoke to this morning advised that she has sent the letter but I still haven’t received. Why must it be such a hustle just to get a paid up letter Mara, it’s been two months already CAN I PLEASE GET MY PAID UP LETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! </p>
