Horrible Consultant

There is an incredibly rude woman who called me to tell me how I made an agreement to make a payment, which I did not. Incredibly rude & condescending, and no telephone etiquette whatsoever. I actually even find it more appropriate to complain more about this specific woman rather than the company itself. She really doesn’t inspire any sort of desire for one to deal with this company. And after these conversations they claim to record, you get an SMS claiming you’ve made an agreement, which is false. But I’m pretty sure it’s the consultant who makes this claim, although I’m sure the company condones this behavior. Terrible consultant.
