HORRIBLE!

I've just received a call from a very rude lady from this company telling me about a Cell C account which I know as settled. Next thing she tells me Cell C gave me wrong information and what she's saying is right. She's busy telling me about a stupid discount on a debt I know how it came about.

I've never had such a rude person call me to give me attitude on something that has nothing to do with her.

Cell C better change this company if this type of rudeness is what people have to go through when they ask difficult questions.

You can't tell me I owe R3000+ on an account I was told was settled then wanna push your 30% discount on something I don't know off.

She said she will take further steps, I really hope she does because I wanna engage with her further. She's *********** and disgusting.
