Harrassment on another level....

This collections agency phones you 100 times per day for the same default account when payments has been made and recorded but because the payments hasn't been allocated they keep calling. I'm so tired of telling the same story over and over. Pathetic service when they cant get their books in order due to staff being on leave.

Reviewer Update
I had a lengthy conversation with a lady today and she told me the accounts department will only return to work on the 8th thus the payments to date will not be allocated until the 8th of January 2020. Now not only it this unacceptable but rather confusing as a huge Debt collection agency such as yourself do not have staff to run payment allocations until the 8th of January 2020. Then a settlement offer is available of R13310 rand and a few cents. Now I have made payments to the value of R13000 already why can I not just pay the R310 rand and few cents to settle the account infull. Oh sorry your payment allocation department is on leave until the 8th of January. Never ever heard of such nonsense in my life and then to add insult to injury the bereaus will not be update because this one department is on leave. Can someone please get at least 2 people back just to allocate payments and to update your system. Oh and I was told not to make anymore payments until they come back. Really I shouldn't make payments? Let me know what I should do please.
