Harrassment

Thandeka Gumede is rude and clearly doesn't follow protocol. She harrassed me and refused to give me information regarding my account. I made numerous calls which which ended with no help. During the last attempt to lay a complaint, I was informed that she did not record our call! How is that even possible?

I will not make any payments or deal with your company. I refuse to deal with such dishonest uncouth human beings.
