Harrasment personified: ADT & Norman Bissett & Associates

We (I) have been pestered for many, many months regarding an outstanding amount allegedly owed to ADT which we have never been able to verify, this despite many requests, emails and telephone calls in which we have sought proof of the original actual debt. Combined, myself and our FM receive upwards of 6-10 calls per day from a variety of numbers traced back to this business. No supporting documentation is ever available or sent when requested and as soon as you raise the question of such the call is unceremoniously terminated by the caller. Joke is.....in an attempt to rid ourselves of these calls we eventually in February 2019 decided to pay the amount and bring this to a closure, even though we definitely did not owe ADT a single cent after terminating our agreement with them 5 years ago. Do the math...10 calls a day, Mondays through Sundays since then, for an amount that has been paid, was never owed to start with....absolutely mind-blowing that a company is allowed to do this to start with. ADT, really....how do you expect me / my company to do business with you ever again?
