HARRASMENT ON A PAID ACCOUNT

I had an account that I was paying through Norman Bissett , after numerous attempts to obtain a settlement figure in writing I finally received one on the 27/07/2017 upon receiving said letter I paid the amount immediately over to them - they have received the funds as it is reflecting on my account.

The issue I have now is that they are still contacting me with regards to this account, attempting to collect. As far as I am concerned I received a settlement offer on the account I accepted and closed the deal when I made payment.

Now I am being harrassed on a daily basis with phone calls trying!!!!

This account is paid in full as per the settlement letter I received! I have also requested a letter stating that the account has been paid up yet no one can help me which I now understand as they are still trying to collect on PAID UP DEBT!!!!

This is absolutely ridiculous, how are they running their business if no one knows what they are doing!!!

I wonder how many people are being duped into paying already paid up accounts?!?!?!?
