HARRASMENT

This firm is a JOKE and has the most arrogant and rude people working their call center, ADT obviously sold their debt book to them, I was never contacted by ADT to tell me there was a cancellation to pay, Event though i was on a debit order with them they never collected the outstanding cancellation fee. I have been harassed by Norman Bisset call center staff, even after i have paid the outstanding amount and emailed them the proof of payment TWO WEEKS ago, I continue to get emails and phone calls..... CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS...
