HARRASMENT

After numerous calls and me explaining that i cannot commit to any payments of debt due to my current situation i received a sms from Norman Bissett & associates this morning confirming a payment i supposedly arranged for R50.00 on 28/01/2015 after i was informed that all calls were being recorded. So please go and listen to these recorded calls and you will see no arrangement was made. I want an explanation for this as well as the details of the last debt collector i spoke to on 28/01/2015 as i will take this matter further and report your collector and company to the Debt Collecting Council as this is unacceptable. I would also like the date of the last payment on this account.
