HARASSMENT OVER PRESCRIBED DEBT
Your company contacted me a few months ago stating that I owe ABSA money. I explained to them that I have settled my loan account almost 8 years ago as per a settlement letter. I explained that I do not owe any money to ABSA and even if I did it would have prescribed already. But still I get called two/three times a day and not to mention the number of e-mails that I receive. This is pure harassment and I want this matter settled, otherwise you leave me no choice but to go to the credit ombudsman.
