Harassment, ******* collectors and ********** dealing

They have been harassing my 76 year old mother without providing a legitimate statement of the auto page account she once had. We have said that they must rather settle this in court but still receiving calls and emails from them demanding money without proof of what is owed, if any. Even after instructions to contact me instead of her, the continue contact my mother. The main person is Nathan Phillips working along side two females and a male. They might be more but so far it’s been the four of them that have been harassing us.
