Harassment for PRESCRIBED DEBT!

<p>Norman Bisset and Associates have been harassing me for months for debt that was prescribed more than 10 years ago. When I ask them when the last payment was made they told me 2011, which is a lie as this account was prescribed 10years ago. And I then proceeded to ask if a summons was issued on this account and was told no summons was issued. By law this debt is prescribed and it is ******* to continiously harass me for this money. I do not owe any money. I then proceeded to ask for the company name which they refused to give me, I found out the name by calling the number they called me on previously. They then put the phone down when I told them what they are doing is *******.<br /><br />Where can I go to gets these people charged or to just make them stop!!!</p>
