Harassment calls after more than 5 years!

Eight years ago my husband was involved in an accident and his vehicle was written off. There was an Altech tracker installed in this vehicle. Afterwards I cancelled the tracker, and was obtaining quotes to get the tracker reinstalled into my vehicle. This was never done.

Now suddenly for the past 6 months I am being harassed with phone calls from this company wanting to offer me discount for this account... I have ended up explaining everything nicely the first probably 50 times... After that I had resulting in losing my temper and shouting at them. Now I am just to the point and tell them to listen to their recordings on my telephone number and I disconnect the call..

There has been numerous agents promising to go investigate this further and get this resolved. But clearly that NEVER happens!
