Harassment and Rude agents
I have for the past 2 weeks been harassed by agents from NBA for an account that has been closed for over 6 years.
I've numerous times requested that they stop calling me & remove my details from their systems but to no avail. The agents are extremely rude & also demand that I admit to having an account and owe the relevant banking institute.
Please remove my details off your systems or I'll be forced to take legal action for the constant harassment.
This is also currently affecting my credit rating
