Harassment 911????
My TRACKER account got handed over to them without any notification. They have been harassing me non stop on my phone every day up 8 times. I have explained to them on nunerous occassions that I am working in a CALL CENTRE and is not allowed a cellphone or ant personal call during working hours they MUST email me. Yet NO ONE BOTHERS TO MAKE A NOTE OF IT, I have in the meantime made arrangements with Tracker themselves and did pay towards the R769 arrears. Stoo ohoning and harassing me contact Tracker and get the feedback from them, one more call and I will report you to the NCR, I will not loose my job through *********** people.

03 Jul 2019, 12:40Dear Mrs Oelofse, Our ref: ***6Tracker Acc: *** We are the nominated agents acting on instruction from our client Tracker to collect an outstanding amount of R769.18. As such our primary collections method is telephonic and not emails. In this instance our client is demanding payment of the full arrears on your account, hence the contact from our office. In your communication you advised that a payment was made towards it. We request a copy thereof to present the same to our client and will request their instruction with regards to any continued collections actions. Our office will revert to you on receipt thereof. Kind Regards, PJ Peters

03 Jul 2019, 13:44Dear Mrs Oelofse,
We understand and accept that being contacted for an unpaid debt may be disconcerting.
We have reviewed the interactions between your office and ours and the conversations were not successfully terminated. This was due to you disconnecting from the calls, thus we did not have all the information to present to our client and for them in turn to issue and instruction.
Based on our previous email, we have referred this matter for their perusal and will revert to you with their instruction.
Kind Regards,
PJ Peters
