HARASSMENT

Please assist regarding the harassment from your company.<br> I receive a call everyday for the same ... ...<br> Your agents have the most unprofessional and rude demeanor.. I have been told that the other agents don't do their jobs and I will be called every day 3 to 4 times whether I like it or not and I will be charged for every call made.<br> Surely as attorneys how is this legal or even professional or any way to treat a customer - but I suppose for NBA that means nothing at all.<br> I have made a payment arrangement with you however I still get an sms monthly telling me that this is the payment arrangement made - and to this I have explained the situation on every call from your agents. They don't make notes on the system however they are quick to blame me for the late payments etc.. which are not true at all. They are rude and have a bad attitude on every interaction. I don't want to be called or receive threatening sms from you guys PLEASE PLEASE.<br> This needs to be addressed as I am tired of this .... and will take this matter further to the CPA if necessary.
