HARASSMENT

Good day, <br> <br> Please assist regarding the harassment from your company.<br> <br> I get called everyday for the same ****ing ****!<br> <br> Your agents have the most unprofessional and rude demeanour. I have been told that the other agents don't do their jobs and I will be called everyday whether I like it or not and I will be charged for every call. <br> <br> As attorneys, how is this legal or even professional or any way to treat a damn customer.<br> <br> I have made a payment arrangement and have explained the situation on every call with your agents. They don't make notes on the system. They are rude and have a '**** you' attitude on every interaction. I don't want to be called by another agent but by someone from higher management.<br> <br> This needs to be addressed as I am tired of this ******** and will report you to the CPA IF NECESSARY
