Harassment
<p>I recently began receiving SMSes from Norman Bissett & Associates offering me discounts if I pay some loan which they claim I have. Since I know my finances to be in meticulous order with no outstanding loans, I called the number provided to query this. I spoke to a call centre agent and gave him my email address, with the promise that he would provide me with details regarding this alleged loan.</p> <p> </p> <p>Instead since giving him my email address, I have been inundated with email spam from Norman Bissett. When I use the email address for enquiries ********** I receive no response to my query. Mind you, I have been sending an emailed query like clockwork every morning for the past two weeks. No response and yet the spam continues.</p> <p> </p> <p>Details Norman Bissett & Associates. I require details; what, how, when and where? And if, as I suspect is the case, you cannot support your allegations, never harass me again.</p>

Meanwhile, as I wait to be contacted by a representative, you continue to spam me and make a nuisance of yourselves.
How dare you hound me, claiming that I owe money and when I ask for details you are unable to provide any whatsoever and yet the harassment continue? Do you even operate within the bounds of South African law?

So when are you guys finally going to concede that I do not owe nor have I ever owed you any money? I've been waiting for someone to "respond directly to" me, as per your promises, but nothing of the sort has happened.
Just admit that you have been wrong to pester me and apologise.

There never should have been a "case" in the first place, seeing as I never owed any money to begin with. One would think that you would at least have the decency to apologise for the false accusation and the convenience which you have caused me.
