Harassment

I keep receiving calls and everytime they have a new account I must pay that I don't know about. When ask for statements they will refer it to Michelle their line manager. Then I get a call everyday and 3 times a day threatening smses aswell you pay 19.38 per call they make to you you tell them listen to previous recording of call yesterday and day before my answer will stay the same. They say they make notes on system why then keep calling me. When they send you a statement it's not the original either it is theirs so I still have no proof that it is actually my original account. No one answers your mail either. I have paid accounts I have with them but now 1 turned to 5 and like I said where's the original where they got it from anyone can make a statement and type in an amount. They don't even clarify whom the claimed is that you pay off. Just a number. How can I pay or make arrangements if I'm not even sure what I'm paying for. The threats are the worst aswell as calls you ask phone after 3 they call you anytime and tell you yes I see I must phone later but pay your account or make arrangements now then I say where's my statement you will get it but pay now.
