Harassment

Keep getting threatening emails and sms about Altech Autopage acc. Back in Feb 2016 I submitted proof that I canceled my account and I send them proof that my account was paid up. I never heard of them again until 2 months ago when this harassment started again. I forwarded them the proof of my paid up account again several times and phoned the call center about 4 times and asked to speak to one of the account managers. The call centre ladies acknowledge that they can see all my mails and the phone calls and that they have escalated it to the account manager. I however have not been contacted by anyone- only keep receiving threatening sms’s and emails
