Frustrated over paid up letter

I have paid up my account in June 2019 and i'm still waiting for my paid up letter, I used my own airtime to reach them after numerous attempts to reach them, It was easy for them to remind me monthly for a debit order collection, but I need to remind them for my paid up letter
