Frequent calls

I receive frequent calls from this nr. When I answer there is no response on the other side or it is very feint, practically inaudible. I have consequently blocked this nr on my handset. My mobile nr was previously used by someone else who I assume the person is trying to very unsuccessfully ineffectively contact.
