********** debtors collection

I received a statement from you guys but all I can see the amount are not going down whilst I did debit order with your company. No statement is being sent unless I call and and ask for it and see the are a lot of amounts that I don't even know what are they for. Its almost 3 years paying the account with debit order instead of going down its going up.

Norman Bisset are ********* debtors collection. On the 30 of April 2018 after debit order went trough my balance was R1377.84 on the statement received from them then I call and ask for settlement amount now they send me a message saying its going to be R1516.02.

I'm so ****ed off with your **********
