Can someone explain to me what the hell is going on with this account? I made an arrangement online to settle my CellC account and the due date was set as 01-04-2021, I made the payment on the 25th March and today I get comms that my account balance is R16,39 - EXCUSE ME????
WHAT THE HELL IS THIS AMOUNT FOR? AM I PAYING FOR PAYING ON TIME? WHY AM I STILL BEING CHARGED WHEN I'VE CLEARED THE DEBT BY SETTLING IT? IT DOESN'T EVEN MAKE SENSE THAT I'M JUST PAYING A "FEE" AS DISPLAYED ON YOUR PORTAL
ATTEND TO THIS NONSENSE IMMEDIATELY!!!
