***** usage of persona information

I have a son that goes to Fynnlands Senior Primary school, on the school form confirming the person responsible for the account the details on there were for Sindisiwe Favourite Mlawe. she signed confirmation that she is responsible for the school fees.<br> from the beginning of this year my mother has been receiving calls saying she has been handed over and is owing school fees. she spoke to an agent at Norman Bissett and ASS and the agent confirming that the details that are on the form are indeed not my mothers details and they apologise for they mess up. couple of weeks later I receive a call saying that my mother still owes money for the school. I have being calling this stup company to get to the bottom of this and I am not getting any joy.<br> today my mother was told that they will not remove her on ITC until they get hold of Sindisiwe. what does my mother have to do with Sindisiwe. if she is not paying school fees when and how the hell do they black list my mother, how was her information linked to this in anyway? I need to speak to these wise bums that are responsible in this company and I swear someone will be sued.<br> <br>
