You have been harrassing me with calls on my multi choice account fror for the past 2 weeks and EVERY TIME I have to tell you the same ****** story!! I HAVE TO CORRECT YOU EVERY TIME ON THE PRONUNCIATION OF MY NAME AND SURNAME WHICH THEN ENDS IN MASSIVE LAUGHTER FROM YOUR STAFF!!! I DON'T FIND IT AMUSING AT ALL!! You don't communicate with each other, instead a different person phones me EVERY DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M DONE EXPLAINING!!! DONE!!!!
