Hi, your people call me regarding a loan, I am asking for a simple thing: please send me a contract which I signed with your client, not a statement. A contract. I am hereby officially requesting that you stop calling me if you do not have a contract and a copy of my ID. I will be taking this up with the ombudsman if you keep on bothering me.
