Failed to provide paid up letter!!!
<p>I have made an attempt FOUR times now to get a paid up letter from Norman Bissett. Each time I was promised it would be emailed to me but, to date I have nothing. I needed this letter to get vehicle finance as this account was showing as outstanding. These people have no URGENCY WHAT SO EVER. </p>

Its now the 10th of Jan, a wee****!!!! I have still not received any such letter!!!!!!!
Please send me the letter now or i will be forced to resport your company to Law Society as this unprofessional and against the law.
