Exploitting and harrassing poor black people

<p>I had an gym contract with Zone Fitness , i called in to cancell the contract as i was not using it anymore and they promised to send me my settlement letter of R1800.00 by email.Despite several follow ups by myself to get the letter they never came back to me for almost three years now. I started recieving call from this *****ed attorneys demanding R5,000.00 for the gym account. How can they demand that much money from me whilst i am still waiting for me settlement letter from ZoneFitness???? Zone fitness ignored to give me the settlement letter with the hope of demanding more from me , thats exploitation and undue enrichment which is ******* and **********. the least said about this collection company the best. they are ************ and prying on poor black people. they keep calling me despite what i told them and demanded that they stop calling me. Zonefitness is a big company which will be able to retrieve my previous communications with them. obviuosly fairness is not what they after. i pay my debts but i wont be exploitied like they do to others. i know a lot of people who a complsining about this company and their client for the same or related issues. I am willing to go to the highest court to prove this, and i am also in the process of reporting them to the law society.</p>
