I received a phone call telling me my account was handed over to this company, i then asked for the remaining balance which was sent to me by sms and paid the said balance. Now I am suddenly told that the money I paid will not be sent back to the primary creditor and I will not be given a paid up letter because I am owing them an additional amount which was added on my account after I had settled. What kind of nonsense is that, this is a violation of our rights and ******** practice.
