Duplicate of a account and refusal to remove

Good day

Ive wrote two reviews on hello peter about the nimble group which falls under your company

Cellc sold my account to you after i paid them its been 3 years now that i cant get rid of you guys on my credit report ive issued proof of payments and paid up letters but nimble group doesnt want to accept it.

Everytime i do a review this is the message i always get:
