Dropped calls and wrongful harassment

I keep getting messages for a debt that is not mine - I never owned an African Bank account and phoning the offices to resolve the matter results in endless waiting lists and dropped calls.

You have the wrong telephone number and I'm not willing to spend more airtime trying to resolve this - 5 calls in a row were dropped - you guys are totally unprofessional! Do you think people have unlimited airtime to waste to help you correct your data and stop me being on the receiving end of unwarranted harassment?
