Double Deduction

Women called me to setup an arrangement for a Cell C account i had, i setup the arrangement for R500.00 p/m, just to find out that 2 months in the row they been taking off an extra R400.00 off my account, these guys are real ******, how can you just take off more money when i had a agreed amount to be taken off monthly, just appalling from Norman Bissett & Associates Group
