Don't ever answer their CALLS!!!!!!!!
Worse company ever. I made arrangements 2020 middle of COVID, stuck to the arrangement got a paid up letter and every single month since then someone new calls on behalf of Norman Bissett claiming I still owe money. Truly wish the ombitsman can shut this company down all they do is ***** people's money and not even care or bother to follow through on actually helping and clearing accounts from Credit Bureau.
