DOGGY BUSNESS PRACTICE

I have an account with one of JD group members which is Incredible Connection. My account was handed over to MBD and now moved to Norman Bissett & Associates Group. On the 10 or 11 January 2022, I contacted them requesting my back dated statements of my account and I spoke to Kashifa, On the 17/01/22 I called to follow up, I spoke to Zinhle, she told she will make a follow up with Kashifa either her or Kashifa will get back to me, no one called me. I called in again on the 18/01/22 i spoke to Zuhayr, he promised me to escalate the matter to the supervisor and he will ask them to call me back either yesterday late or today in the morning, till now no call from his supervisors. MBA they gave me the statement starting from 04/10/2021, and it does not reflect the December payment. The reason I want my back dated statements is because I need to see if they have all my payments records from MBD and I noticed this account has missed payments of about 6 months on my credit bureau profile. And this is messing up my credit profile. I am suspecting doggy play from JD group and NBA.

I want to settle this account, I cant do that until I see all my back dated statements.

The question is how long does it take to generate a statement, in my case is more than 7 days waiting for it and no one updating me why is taking so long.

Please people be aware of this kind of companies that are there to rip the consumers off with help of collecting companies.
