Does nor keep her word

To whom it may concern,<br> <br> I have had an agreement with Ingrid Mann for an arrangement to settle my account. On numerous occasion i was told that an agent will call me. This is the second month now trying to close down this Edgards account. The back and fourth that Mann has subjected me to is tiring.
