Dissatisfaction of services rendered

What upsets me about these attorneys. They are good at calling you up and down for payments. I had a settlement with them and paid my settlement. Before payments they called and send me sms, but after payment and sending of proof of payment to them I have not heard a word from them. What upsets me is the fact that this is still reflecting on my credit report and I still have not received a paid up letter from them.
