DISPUTE OF JUDGEMENT ON CREDIT REPORT

Good Day,<br> <br> I pulled a credit report and found that Norman Bisset & Associates has listed me for a Judgement. I phoned Norman Bisset & Associates and they told me that they cannot find anything on my name and that the account is closed. <br> <br> I have asked them to remove this listing from my name and they told me that they didn't list me and that they cannot do anything.<br> <br> As I dispute this debt, I would like Norman Bisset to remove this judgement listing from my credit report, unless you can satisfy me that this debt exists, the debt has not prescribed (as per the Prescription Act 68 of 1969) and that I am liable.<br> <br> I will take this matter to the Debt Collectors Council as well as the Ombudsman should this matter not be resolved.
