Disgusting incompetence

<p>I have an outstanding account with FNB. Given circumstances, I was forced to go under debt review last year. As a result, one of the debt rescue companies stepped in and assisted me in rectifying my situation. At some stage FNB handed over this account to these people. There have been more than 100 phone calls and constant harrassment from Norman Bissett. The more I tell them to check with FNB and my debt rescue provider, the more they call me. I have explained this countless times to the idiots who call, frequently asked for the manager/s and explained it to them, and sent countless emails. This process is humiliating and difficult as it is, but these ambulance chasers make it even more so. The sad thing is that all that would be required is a phone call to FNB, as I receive the sms every single month detailing the payment of R710.20 to the nominated account which is overdue. To FNB: perhaps you should reconsider who your legal service providers are. These people are ridiculous and ***********. </p>
