DISGUSTED
I received a call today that I owe home choice money but yet I got a clearance certificate and this account has been paid up!!!!
I then also checked on my credit profile and to my surprise I see that the account is showing as open and there is a total balance of R16113 and the account is in DEFAULT
CAN someone please answer me !!!!

11 May 2020, 13:01i think that i am being prejudiced as a consumer that settled her debt in full and got a clearance letter for it being paid up and now i am being blacklisted by you guys which is totally unacceptable!!! why do i have to suffer and have a terrible credit record i am not going to accept this lame response . I am going to take the matter further to the credit ombudsman and take legal action because i settled this account
