Discusting service

Most most most pathetic service. They give me a settlement amount that includes discount. I have paid that amount and still ghey call me for outstanding. They refuse to listern to me and demands the outstanding ampunt. This was the discount they have offered. They keep on harassing us by calling us. Maybe Norman should consider changing his staff.
