Disappointing and frustrating

Less than zero!!! I had a Mr. Price account which was paid up in 2015 - in credit for that matter, now they keep calling me every day and hanging up, I have e-mails from Mr. Price confirming this and that the account would have been closed as soon as the credit was paid back to me - which it was in November that year, guess what - it is now affecting my credit score as it is on credit bureau. Absolutely disappointing as you cant even talk to anyone at their offices!!!!!!!!!!!!!
