Different balances presented by arrogant agents on a daily basis

<p>I had a credit card account that was handed over to Norman Bissett & Associates. My account was last handled by Deslin which she provided me with a balance R947.79...We had an agreement of R800 balance hence the late payment they have received was not my fault initially. Different agents are calling me everyday with a disturbing attitude, mentioning different account balances all the time. I also receive sms everyday. </p> <p>I need an apology from an agent who insulted me, stating racial issues that was not at hand. i also need all this arrogant undermining calls to end.
