Defamation of character

I am being harassed over an account I don't even have anymore. When asked to investigate and get back to me - no one gets back to me however they are quick to call me back. I have paid this account up in 2014 already and closed the account with Edgars. Lucky for me you have been calling me on my work like and all my calls are recorded. I have all dates, times and calls of your company from August 2014.I would also like to bring under your attention that your staff are rude, have no ability to problem solve. I spoke to Thandi today at 08:53 who could not at all assist me and dropped the call in my ear. I spoke to Sandile when I called back today. He assured me that this will be resolved and I would receive an email stating this is resolved. In addition I need your company to lift ITC status as this can influence my personal reputation. I expect this to happen today and not a day later as I have been inconvenienced for long enough.<br> <br> If I no resolution is given to me today regarding the mail Sandile promised me and my ITC, I then have no choice but to take matters in my own hands and to log my complaint with the Ombudsman against both Norman Bissett & Associates and Edgars.<br>
