Debt paid and settled yet funds are unable to be released

I have paid my debt but done so via Remitly because I no longer reside in South Africa. For the funds to be released Nimble Group is needing to fill out a SARS document. I paid the money over on Friday and the form has not been completed as I can track the progress on my end. I have emailed three times to confirm what needs to be done as well and sending the necessary documentation through myself. Please can someone fill out the forms so the money can be released.
