Debits over a paid up account

I called the call center of NBA on Monday the 4th Of January 2016, after noticing in December they have deducted money from my bank account without my concern. I say without my concern because on the 25 September 2015 I inquired to Banele Sithole inbound Agent and asked him if I wasn't to settle the amount outstanding how much will it be, he then gave me the amount of R 729.37 as a settlement amount, After paying this amount, the statement showed that am being owed an amount of 418.10 owed to me, I only noticed this after talking to Tsibi Chabedi on Monday the 4th 2016. I WANT my money back from NBA as they call themselves, as far as I know I don't owe them anything. <br>
